Lessons Learned Have more than one person in a position for backup – if possible Advertise, Advertise, Advertise Proper planning will produce a good event with good attendance Periodic reminders about attendance at ExCom meetings

Goals for Next Year Participate in National Engineers Week Increase Senior Membership by 1% of current membership More interaction with student chapters Increase chapter participation at ExCom Meetings Hold more joint Section/Chapter meetings Promote use of Section website for activities and information by Chapters and Section Expand Awards Have people wanting to hold office Better marketing of benefits for holding office
