Grad Assembly 23 rd April 2014

Grad Fees  Due May 2 nd  Goes towards prom, safe grad, grad banquet, graduation, any activities for the grads  Grad fees MUST be paid to participate in these things

Safe Grad  Staying at the school- Laser tag in the basement, obstacle course outside 30ft tall, 100ft long  Movies in theatre  Games in foyer  Bouncy Castle  Karaoke  Just Dance  Cupcake decorating

Cont…  Rules –  Cannot leave the school  No smoke breaks  Dress Code- Appropriate (you can wear hats)  Parents cannot sign you out if you decide to attend safe grad you have to stay the whole night

Graduation  Graduation starts at 9:30 am. The doors will open at 9am, and all grads are to be there for 8:30am.  Each grad will get 2 VIP tickets, and 5 other tickets. You do not have to buy them and more tickets can be requested but NOT VIP tickets

Prom  5-5:30pm meet at swan pond  Need to be back at school at 7 for grand march  7:30 grand march  Dance begins when students are done grand march  Hypnotist starts at 11pm  Decorations are being done now and will be done exam week and the week after, more information will be available closer to the time if you want to help out talk to Jenelle, Madi, Katie or Mme. Trueman

Grad Banquet  14 th May (Wednesday)  All week is Grad week (banana splits, slip and slide etc.)  IDEAS!
