General Info February 22–25 (missing 2 days of school) Over 3000 total competitors Conference held at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs Staying at Cheyenne Mountain Resort

CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN RESORT Each suite has bathroom, 2 queen size beds,. 1 refrigerator, 1 TV Hot-tub (bring swimsuit) Students will be assigned to “small groups” Small group officers and chaperones are go-to people if you need anything Buses transport between the Cheyenne lobby and Broadmoor every 15 minutes

RULES FOR THE CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN RESORT No jeans or denim around the hotel Swimming is permitted Be Respectful of the hotel and other guests Quiet past 10:30

GENERAL RULES & SECURITY All medications must be handled by Mrs. Anderson (Forms available at end of this meeting) Chaperones will be able to drive students to restaurants/bring back takeout, but only students assigned to them by small groups. Boys and girls will not be allowed in each others rooms without permission from an advisor.
