Kaiser William was born January 27, 1859 at the Crown Princes Palace in Berlin. Grandson of Queen Victoria Educated at Kassel and University of Bonn

It is a city in Germany located by the Fulda river in Hesse, Germany

Ruled German empire and kingdom of Prussia from June 15, 1888 to November 9, 1918

Prussia is in Blue

Achievements : Supported Arts and sciences as well as education and social welfare Fails : made topics without consulting creating a bad interview that cost him most of his power in 1908, lost support of army, wreck less foreign policies that left the empire isolated

He was Abdicated in November 1918 and fled to exile in the Netherlands thus ending the monarch rule
