Giannasca Development Group Firm Profile The methods of clean-up and transformation of contaminated former industrial waterfront in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor developed for Harborview under Edward V. Giannasca II’s leadership were used in projects in Maryland, Miami, and New Orleans Giannasca Development Group LLC (GDG) – A Full-Service Planning and Real Estate Development Firm based in Maryland Once had offices in New Orleans, LA, Miami, FL which conceived the initial concepts for the proposed Crescent City Residences, St Charles Place, and other projects in Louisiana, and the Midtown Miami / FEC Buena Vista Yards Project in Miami, FL. An affiliated entity, Giannasca Development Group of Pennsylvania LLC, a proposed joint venture with AEC Consulting Group LLC (AEC) of NY, had an office in Reading, PA & proposed the initial RiverView project in Pennsylvania in 2008 which became unfeasible due to the economic downturn. GDG & AEC had also conceived the Ritz-Carltons in White Plains and North Hills, NY.
