Life History of the Right Whale North Atlantic right whale gather into “surface-active groups” made up of as many as 20 males consorting a single female. The female has her belly to the surface while the male stroke her with their flippers or keep her underwater

Conservation Management Needs The North Atlantic right whale has been listed as an endangered under the Endangered species Act since They have the right to protect the whales by enacting stricter regulations for shipping lanes and boat speeds despite petitions and a lawsuit from the Defenders.

Conclusion The reason why I pick the right whale for my Endangered/ Threatened Species Presentation is because I think that looking up information about the right whale is interesting to learn about in the group of marine animals. So if I want to learn more about the right whale I can looked up on the internet or getting a book from the library to learn about right whale or the different types of marine species in the United States.
