5 Pride “ Pride” is the sense of satisfaction taken in an achievement, possession, or association with a project, program, or ecosystem. Pride is the feeling and emotion of one's own proper dignity, value, and self-respect within a project, program, or ecosystem community. Pride is the joy of successfully participating in the progress, direction, and ultimate success of a project, program, or ecosystem.
