Change, progression, evolution... These things are the most important part of any society, any species. They allow for us to constantly improve, do the impossible.

You cannot imagine humanity without these feats, it shapes us, it shapes our surroundings, it shapes our world.

This was once considered to be a modern way of life. Self- preservation, individualistic approach to life...

These things were common in the past. I doubt that any of you would believe that this was once a sign of prestige, well- being...

IT was considered optimal, a home for the centuries to come...

And now we see this...

A set of apartment buildings and skyscrapers in the city. The very foundation of our society, of our world...

This is what WE consider to be optimal, the way of the present and the future...

The contrast is incredible, don't you think? To have these two completely different approaches to life coexist with a mere 3- 4 hundred years of a gap.

No wonder these changes inspire people to create. The constant feel of change, of evolution... It fills us with ideas, with courage to actually express these ideas.

The past is ancient history Even events including me Although we may remember when Fondly recall or shake within We can’t return and live once more As kids or teens when we’ve three score Today is all we ever get So love and live without regret Into the future we can’t see Our guesses mostly wrong will be Would you have thought that man could fly Beyond the earth, beyond the sky And those predicting doom have missed Thank God they’re wrong and we are blessed To live again yet one more day No matter what their placards say

People paint paintings, trying to guess, what the future will look like...

You can see the ideas simply bursting out of the paintings, inspiration filled with emotion and passion, with hope...

People sing songs, write poems and speak about the future, they believe in it, they imagine it as a sort of paradise, a piece of heaven on Earth and they share it with the society.

Not all predictions and hopes are filled with random, unorganised guesses, some are filled with calculations, hypothesis, concrete ideas.

This is the realm of numbers, formulae, ideas that do not need words to be expressed, they need only understanding...

These universal ideas can bring balance to the realm of the unknown and unclear future.

People always look for answers to the question they deem to be interesting or important. They seek them however they can.

We are drawn to the unknown, we seek to hold all of the knowledge about everything around us.

We feel insignificant without this knowledge, our importance and role seems to be diminished by time itself.

All that is left is the shadow of the doubt… What is time? What can we expect from the future?

Some say this is the future, some say this is the past, only time will tell...
