When I was a child, I visited Victory Park on Poklonnaya Hill with my parents. My father took me by the hand, pointed at the big St. George’s Church and said: «Do you see these white walls of the church? I constructed them by myself with your uncle».

It was a little miracle for me, because I could see how my father made his own little contribution to the history. He worked there in He and his workmates made facing works and installed the white limestone’s blocks on the all walls of the Church.

Also my father did finishing works on the boatswain’s chair at the height of 40 meters, what was rather dangerous. He and other masons got medals for their work.

My father has gone his professional way from the apprentice to gang leader. There were a lot of interesting events in his work. For example, in they worked at the Nativity Convent. When they had removed old floor, the 14 th century burial was found.

In 1996 they worked in St. Boris and Gleb Cathedral in Arbat Street. They erected 4 central columns, constructed the church porch and wall facing. My father was at the opening of the Cathedral, where B.Elzin, U.Luzhkov and Patriarch Aleksii II attended. My father was awarded to the medal.

Also my father worked at Kazan Cathedral on Red Square in Moscow in 1994, Iberian Gate in , in Saint Demetrius of Thessaloniki Cathedral in 1996, the Plevna Chapel in 1997, Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1998, at the metro station «Park Pobedy» in 2002 and many other places.

So, a job of my dream is building construction. People have constructed buildings and other structures since prehistory, including bridges, amphitheatres, dams, roads and canals. Building materials in present use have a long history and some of the structures built thousands of years ago are regarded as remarkable.

Nowadays when it is necessary to have a very tall building, the frame of it is first built in steel and then the building is completed in concrete. Concrete is an artificial kind of stone, much cheaper than brick or natural stone and much stronger than they are.

Building construction today is a significant part of industrial culture, a manifestation of its diversity and complexity. With the help of Construction, people can modify nature making it more attractive and comfortable.

Why I chose such profession unusual for woman? I think that sense of life is to leave something after your life, to do something for the history of your country, something that will exist after you. It is fantastic.

I love Building construction and I am going to become a very good specialist in this area. Someday I will take my child to the structure which I built and my child will be proud of me as I am proud of my father.
