European Confederation of Search & Selection Associations Main Objectives Develop the search & selection industry in Europe by setting professional ethics and standards, Become a dynamic forum for networking and exchange of information and views between members Promote the interests of the recruitment industry among different European organisations.

European Confederation of Search & Selection Associations ECSSA Standards (1) Membership of a national association to ECSSA requires compliance with set professional and ethical standards. Apply professionalism and ethical behaviour in order to have the best possible assurance that an assignment will be handled compe- tently, objectively and with proper regard for confidentiality.
