 Rotation 1 will begin promptly at 8:00a.m. We recommend arriving at school by or before 7:45 a.m.  Students who arrive after 8:00 a.m. must report to the office. There they will receive a pass to enter class. The pass will inform the teacher if the tardy was excused. For all UNEXCUSED tardies, students will receive a check on their Conduct Card.

 Students will bring their own snack each day (optional). Snack and bathroom break will be during block 2 (10:00-11:30)  Students will be allowed to drink from the water fountain and take a bathroom break during their snack time  Students will have a second bathroom during block 3 (1:10-2:40)

 Students attend Spanish on Tuesdays and Thursdays during block 1 clubs  Guidance will be on Wednesdays during block 1 clubs.  Students do not go to Spanish & guidance with their homeroom!

 Students will carry ONE 3 ring binder throughout the day. This is called their Take- Home binder. It goes to each class.  This binder will include: Agenda, Take-Home folder, Homework folder, Conduct Card, Hall passes and Lion Bucks!  Please check this binder each night. It will indicate whether or not your child received a check on his or her Conduct Card, papers to keep at home or items that need to be returned to school!

Please check conduct card daily Conduct Card wipes clean each 9 weeks  **Conduct Card- If your child develops any difficulty conforming to the 4 th grade rules and/or expectations; you will be informed via the Conduct Card, which will be located in your child’s 3-ring binder.  Codes: 1=Tardy 2=Disrespectful 3=Disruptive 4=Dishonest 5=Not prepared 6=Not on task 7= Other Consequences:  Check 1- Warning  Check 2- Warning  Check 3- Student owes $30 Lion Bucks  Check 4- Student loses recess for 1 day  Check 5- Student sits in silent lunch for 1 day/owes $40 Lion Bucks  Check 6- Parent/Teacher/Student Conference/ Student owes $50 Lion Bucks  Check 7-Loses privilege to attend nine week party ***The consequence will resume until the child has returned the Conduct Card with a parent signature.

 Hall-passes- Students will receive 6 hall passes each nine weeks!!!  They may be used for retrieval of forgotten homework, supplies or unscheduled bathroom/water breaks.  Lion Bucks- Students may earn Lion Bucks for a variety of reasons: exceptional behavior, good manners, going above and beyond, helping a friend in need, perfect attendance, good grades, games won in class, etc.!  Students will be able to use their Lion Bucks for the 4 th grade winter and spring auctions

 Students will write their homework each day in their agendas. Homework will vary according to day and subject.  Please note: 10 points will be deducted for each day an assignment is late and 5 points will be deducted on ALL assignments with no name.
