郭劼 Schrodinger’s cat 1, It is a paradox Paradox is a statement that when you assume it wrong, you can launch it right ; on the contrary, assume it right and you can launch it true. It is a logical contradiction 2,The goal Schrodinger wants to interpret the physical problems : quantum superposition principle of macroscopic world is also comply with all applicable in micro scale.

3, CONTENT Put a cat in an opaque box, and then put the box connected to a device contains a radioactive nuclei and a toxic gas container. Imagine the possibility of radioactive nuclei of 50% within an hour of the decay. If the decay occurred, it will emit a particle, the particles will be emitted from the triggering of the experimental device. Open the container it will be filled with gas, so as to kill the cat. According to quantum mechanics, while not observing, the nuclear will stay in the superposition state, however, if you open the box, the experimenter can only see one a dead cat or a alive cat.

4,DOUBT If we do not reveal the lid, according to our experience in daily life, it can be identified that to be dead or to be alive are two eigenstates of the cat. According to quantum mechanics, we use the Schrodinger equation to describe the Schrodinger cat, we can only say, the cat is at the superposition state of an alive state and a dead state, only opened the lid, can we know exactly whether the cat is alive or dead. So, the cat’s life is decided by your eyes!!! How absurd it is…… Let me get a gun to kill the cat!

5,SIGNIFICANCE Schrodinger's cat paradox actually raised a very important question: what is the observation of quantum mechanics? Observation and measurement are subjective, and people are outside of the box, so we must open the box to determine the cat. Microscopic observation and macroscopic observation are different ! In the transition from the superposition state to the steady state, after you observed once, we should play a role to replace the interaction, so that is not only more common but also more objective. Specific to the Schrodinger's cat paradox, the subjective factors can be completely ruled out -- the cat. Not decided by the people’s eye out of the box. Before the decay, the cat is alive, after the decay the cat died, and whether the man opened the box they were irrelevant.

THERE IS NO ABSOLUTE TRUTH Schrodinger’s cat is used as a examples to query quantum mechanics, but around the basic problems we make a series of research of quantum mechanics, its meaning is very profound. Schrodinger’s cat gives us a example of the translation from quantum mechanics to classical mechanics, so that people fully appreciate the basic physical meaning of coherence process, and seek more basic underlying theory of quantum mechanics.
