ALPS: The Summit in Training Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Current knowledge & experience: ALPS will conduct a thorough TNA either by individual interviews or discussions with Team Leaders and Managers, or a combination of both, as required by A+ Toys. Career Development: The TNA will identify those employees wishing to further their career within the Company and training can by structured accordingly. Organisational Requirements: The TNA will give A+ Toys an over view of the current standards of all employees and as a result, will be able to set general benchmarking standards. Learning Styles: Will include: -Visual Auditory and Kinesthetic
