Look on the top where it says “Germany”. Germany has a FEDERAL form of government and power.

Look on the top where it says “Russia”. Russia has a FEDERAL form of government and power.

Look on the top where it says “Great Britain”. Great Britain has a DEMOCRATIC form of citizen participation. (So does Germany and Russia!)

Look on the top where it says Great Britain and Germany. Both Great Britain and Germany have a PARLIAMENTARY form of government.

Look on the top where it says “Russia”. Russia has a Presidential style of democracy.

Great Britain has a PRIME MINISTER. Russia has a PRESIDENT. Germany has a CHANCELLOR. (You may have to write “chancellor” if it isn’t there already.)
