Typical Installation Instructions - Remove the existing lens and discard – Keep the L-20 lens screws and install into provided lens - Remove fluorescent lamp tube - Remove existing ballast mounting plate and ballast – Keep and reuse the existing screws later - Install Provided LED driver and mounting plate into fixture by: - Disconnect ballast at the power drop connector from the bus harness – zip tie all fluorescent socket wires and replace in ducting - Connect power pigtail from the LED driver to the fixture power pigtail on the bus via the provided specified connecter - Install the new LED Driver (Pretoria or L-20) into the fixture – Pay attention to and match the driver label length to the correct fixture length, also the position of dim or extinguishable drivers if required. - Drill a ¼” hole (drilling alignment tool is provided) into the bottom of the light fixture near the center of the fixture and insert the LED Array Support (this pre-installed into the L-20) -Make connection between the LED driver and the LED extrusion – Excess Wire May be pushed through the LED Driver Grommet. - Secure one end of the LED Array extrusion end cap around the spring sided socket and push the LED extrusion towards the spring sided socket and secure the opposite end of the LED Array extrusion onto the fixed socket while ensuring that the Mid Point LED Array Supports click into the backside of the LED Array extrusion with a simple push down - Install the new lens into the light housing - Repeat the above steps for each fixture in the bus - Supply power the lighting system

Ensure that the Positive and Negative Connections from the LED Driver to the LED Array is completed before Installation of the LED Array into the Fixture. The Barrel Connectors can be inserted into the Side of the LED Array Extrusion as Shown. Keep and Re-Use the Ballast/Driver Mounting Screws

LED Array Support End Caps Insert one End of the LED Array around the Spring Sided Socket and Push Until the Spring Bottoms Out Insert the Opposite End of the LED Array Around the Fixed Socket And Push the LED Array Straight Down to Engage the LED Array into the LED Array Center Supports Spring Sided Socket Fixed Socket
