© Ameresco, Inc. 2012, All Rights Reserved Ameresco Update 2 Introduction This presentation is designed to provide the Oconto Falls School District with a brief update of the project status and the improvements being implemented. Ameresco will be providing these monthly updates until the project is completed.

© Ameresco, Inc. 2012, All Rights Reserved Ameresco Update 3 Executive Summary The Oconto Falls School District’s energy saving project is growing in construction tempo as we move into Spring. The interim energy cost savings for the FY will be generated largely from electrical savings since natural gas savings work (heating) will not be completed until building comfort heat has been shutdown for the season. The District’s energy savings benefit from this project is approximately $6,700 from an annual guaranteed savings of $137,400. Total construction costs incurred to date are approximately $738,000. Even though the project was approved by the School Board early last fall, project funding availability for this project became available in early December A number of the facility improvement measures, which were expected to be completed before cold weather set-in, were only partially completed with on going work resuming once warmer seasonal weather returns.(i.e. building envelope, window film). Finalization of water conservation work was also placed on hold rather than restricting student access to restrooms during plumbing/floor removal and replacement at Washington.
