 By using this website a person will be able to view the status of 2G and 3G sites anytime.  A person will also be able to view external alarms of sites.  This would help in early identification and rectification of faults.  Website is available both on internet as well as BSNL LAN.  Status will be get refreshed periodically (currently set to every 10 minutes).

 Step 1- First through internet explorer go to a. (for internet version) b. (for LAN version)

 To login please enter: Enter username Enter password  On next screen you will see all 3 types of networks- Ericsson 2G, Nokia 2G and Ericsson 3G.  In your desired network category, select the SSA and type of view.

 On next page you will see the status of sites selected SSA.  Separate status of 3 sectors of site will be shown.  Up sites will be shown in green and down sites will be shown in red.

 To view only down sites, change view to “down sites”.  Status of only down sites will be shown on submitting.  Downtime will be shown for all the sites which are down.

 You can also view SSA wise summary for all three networks.  In this summary no. of sites completely down, sites with sector down and total number of down sites is available.  SSA wise availability of network is also displayed.

 To view external alarms a link is available on the main page.  Click on the link and then enter your username and password.

 Here you can select the required SSA, concerned IP vendor and type of view.  External alarms are available for both 2G and 3G along with status of sites.
