Budgeting and Costing  Fixing of Targets and planned spending for various expenses becomes imperative to achieve an effective management and to have better controls.  We help prepare monthly and an yearly Business plan based on the inputs provided by the management.  Such Plan is executed and compared against the actual achievements on a monthly and yearly basis. Reasons for deviations are investigated and corrective steps are taken. …. Contd

Budgeting and Costing  An exercise to budget the available resources based on priority is undertaken.  By a system of Budgetary allocation of funds and resources to various spendings like for Purchases, for Overheads, for Capital Investments, for Employee requirements, for any other emergency expenses etc., a discipline in spending falls in place and sporadic whimsical decisions are avoided. By prioritising in advance there cannot happen any slips.  Thus whether it is for the Country or Company Budgeting becomes vital for achieving discipline in Management.

Budgeting and Costing  Product Costing is an aspect which has got a direct link to the profitability of the Business.  An off the cuff methodology to determine product cost may go wrong and can result in lower profitability or sometimes a loss.  By following a method of determining the various component factors in producing the final product and its cost component, we help calculate the product cost taking into account the process loss, profit % as per management’s perception.

Processing of Payroll & HR Procedures  It takes due care and attention in handling Payroll as it has financial implications and is a direct Employer Employee relationship measuring barometer.  A sound user friendly software applied to process this sensitive area of a Business eases this task.  We enable installation of a reputed Payroll and HR Management system software and undertake the process on a monthly basis.  The software enables compiling every HR detail required and generate user defined reports.

Inventory Management  Inventory again has a direct relation to the profitability of the company.  Any distortion in this aspect of the operations can result in influencing the profit by lowering.  We take up the entire inventory management either manually or through software enabled exercise for presenting a more accurate picture of inventories to the management.

Factory Accounting and Supply Chain  The entire process of Ordering of materials, Quality approval, Issue to production, Release of Finished Goods, Sales, Generation of scrap, Derivation of Inventory statement etc., forms part of factory accounting.  As Management Consultants we deploy a suitable manufacturing ERP system after thorough study of the manufacturing process, ensure its successful working and carry out the exercise on a regular basis in a foolproof manner.  This helps maintain a close nexus between production and the purchase dept. to enable a smooth flow of supply chain process.

Audit Enabling and MIS  Having handled several audits, we manage the entire audit process of a company and take it to the point of certification by the Auditors.  This process would cover Purchases, Sales, Cash/Bank, Expenses, Inventory, Statutory compliances [Sales Tax, Services Tax, Excise Duty, TDS, Professional Tax etc.,.], Capital Expenditures, WIP, Forex outflow and inflow, Debtors and Creditors, Secured Loans and Unsecured & every other area subject to audit procedure.

Audit Enabling and MIS  Having an MIS report on a Daily, Weekly and monthly basis on the table, enables swift decision making by any management.  On this score, we design a suitable format of the MIS reports as per Management’s requirement and present it periodically.  Such MIS report will cover Finance, Operations, Production, HR, Marketing, Purchases, Sales and every other area which is relevant for Management decision making.

Deploying ERP after study and Analysis  As part of our services we promote HR, Payroll and Manufacturing ERP softwares of reputed companies who have been in the field for more than a decade.  Wherever there is a requirement we make a study of the manufacturing process followed by the client and suitably configure and deploy an ERP software to take care of the entire process.  A foolproof and an effective system is ensured at the client’s place.

Statutory Compliances  Complying with the statutory requirements is of high priority for every organization.  We do our bit to ensure that,  TDS is paid on due date every month and eTDS returns are filed quarterly.  Sales Tax is charged wherever chargeable and monthly online returns are duly filed.  Service Tax or Excise Duty is paid on due date every month and half yearly returns are filed.  Any other statutory requirement based on the business of the client is taken care of.  ROC compliances are met on date as per MOCA regulations.

Management Advisory for Revenue Enhancement  As we go through the process of internal audit, any revenue leakage due to lack of control measures are highlighted to the management. This helps install a proper control check and achieve revenue enhancement by arresting leakages.  In the process of manufacturing any issue of materials in excess of the prescribed bill of materials would result in revenue loss. We investigate such instances, if any, and highlight to the management for proper corrective measures.

Management Advisory for Revenue Enhancement  Revenue loss can also happen due to wrong accounting, double accounting of expenses or purchases and non accounting of any income or sales. In our audit report we pinpoint such instances, if any, to the management for rectifications.  Wherever there is less revenue generation by any one sector of the business, a study is made and a report is submitted to the management for suitable corrective steps to achieve revenue enhancement.

Management Advisory for Revenue Enhancement  It is common to suffer revenue leakages in generation and disposal of scrap in a manufacturing set up. If there is a huge revenue implication, it is brought to the notice of the management for suitable corrective measures.  Any other area as per client’s line of business which suffers revenue leakage is studied and reported to the management for corrections.
