Customer Service & Support Customers can call Austin Springs at any time for service and support questions At the time of the call an Austin Springs representative will troubleshoot any issues that the customer may be having and offer to replace/exchange any faulty parts or products. Should the customer request a cash refund they will be referred back to place of purchase. 3

Dealer Service & Support 4 Dealers can call Austin Springs at any time for service and support questions At the time of the call an Austin Springs representative will troubleshoot any issues that the dealer may be having and offer to replace/exchange any faulty parts or products. Should the dealer request a refund they will be given a RAC number and instructed to send the product back to the Aquasana Haltom City, Texas facility. At time of receipt Aquasana will credit the dealers account for the amount of the product.

Dealer Return Procedures 5 Call to attain Return Authorization Credit (RAC) Please note: RAC number MUST be written on outside of package being returned in order to be accepted at our dock. Send returned merchandise to: Aquasana Returns 6310 Midway Road Haltom City, Texas Account will be credited for the original purchase price.

Dealer Agreement Renewal Aquasana renews all dealer agreements on a yearly basis. This process begins in October when Aquasana does a complete account review and then sends a renewal request to all dealers in good standing. The dealers should receive this request in the early November timeframe. Dealers must sign the new agreement and return to the Aquasana Haltom City, Texas location: 6310 Midway Road Haltom City, Texas Signed renewals MUST arrive on or before December 31 st. 7
