Tray Traveler Reliance Fall Protection Cable tray trolley Active engineered system Limited to Cooper B-Line 26" wide and 36" wide 6063 aluminum cable trays 5” NEMA VE1 6” side rail height Limited to 200-lb man & equipment on 20-ft Sub-spans

Note: work-bed can be offset or centered on twin offset axles that travel on dual-rim tracking UHMD PE wheels. The floating axles are independently captured to prevent disengagement from work-bed. Four channel screw posts allow for adjusting of lateral positioning Single Jig cam brake should be applied only when transitioning (vertical locked; or offset to 10 o’clock for release) Brake pads rubber w UHMD glide to prone position or exiting prone position to standing position

Two Dual Density wedge pads allow positioning for comfort & clearance of above obstructions Dual Anti-tipping gate swings into place after laying in the prone position. The swing-bars follows movement to prevent tipping. NOTE: These bars need to swung to 9 o’clock position before installing trolley wheels on Cable Tray

Foot Rest Bar to provide change of positing of body & stretch extensors muscles Could be used for a tool tray

Pan length may need to be shortened or lengthened to accommodate upper legs & provide knee pad (pad will follow) to stand Width of tray adjustment 24” to 42” per request. Gliding foot rest moves easily to accommodate ingress and egress Other Action Items not addressed: D-rings for Dropped Tool tethers

Lifting Lug tool tether rings attached to frame blinding off rail lock nuts so they will not come off Possibly relooking at version 1 of foot rest. (however it may not have durability) Finished model with have cast wheel guards & other manufacturing refinements.
