How to make an apple-cake a la mountains Filip Drygaś5B & Jakub Chudzik5B
Components 4 glasses of flour 1 pack of margarine (0,25 kg) 3 eggs 1 glass of sugar 18% cream (3 spoonfuls) baking powder (1 spoonful) 8 big apples ground cinnamon (1 teaspoonful) vanilla sugar (1 pack)
First preperations 1.Wash, peel and cut apples into 1-2 cm chunks. 2.Mix apples with vanilla sugar and cinnamon. 3.Prepare a backing tray.
Mixing components 4. Pour out flour on table tap. 5.Add margarine and cut it into small pieces. 6.Add sugar, cream, eggs, backing powder and mix them with flour and margarine.
Daugh 7.Make a daugh. 8.Divide the daugh into two halves.
Mountains 9.Put one half of the daugh into the backing tray and make mountains with your fingers. 10. Spread apples all over the daugh in the backing tray. 11.Put the other half of the daugh over the apples making mountains again.
Baking 12. Bake in an oven (temperature 175 o C) for about 50 minutes.
