Year in Review So What did we do?  Coordinating for street sweepings  Coordinating for fixing signs  Common Area Maintenance  Coordinate Snow Removal  Support Neighborhood block party  Inform the neighborhood of important info

Year in Review And yes, we enforce the covenants too  Adhering to the covenants maintain the beauty and value of everyone’s home  A fair and even application of the covenants is our responsibility  The beloved “violation letters” are the best way to ensure an enforceable, clear understanding of expectations and timelines Verbal notices don’t work  We use Fine-less “Warning letters” first We assume the homeowner just didn’t notice the problem This is not a common practice in other HOAs
