Background The ranch is located at Rhome, Texas 25 miles northwest of Ft. Worth, Texas. It was established in 2006 by Louis and Julia Dorfman. They are dedicated to develop the best of Friesian horses in a controlled and healthy environment. Black Stallion Ranch

Website Purpose To provide the best Friesian horses possible for those that are looking for the finest and greatest animals available at the right price.

Business Goals To generate a 25% sales increase through exposure to new buyers through the internet during next year. To increase profit at least 25% during the first year of publishing the website. To add; at least, 30% new buyers to their client’s list during the next 6 months. Black Stallion Ranch

Target Audience Affluent, active, mobile, and middle to high class people interested in horses for entertainment and leisure. People with enough real state to support horses active and healthy life. People interested on improving own Friesian horses lineage. Black Stallion Ranch

Competition Analysis Friesian horses are one of the most beautiful breeds raised in the USA and Canada. They are intelligent, elegant and easily maintained. The Black Stallion Ranch is one of the best developers among the nations breeders. In this category there are some interesting competitors. Black Stallion Ranch

Competition Analysis Black Stallion Ranch Friesian Ranch is in Canada. Their website is really elegant and simple using a black background with white typography. It is consistent through the web pages. The navigation is simple using black and red tabs. It is simple to navigate and the images are well sized for a fast loading. The text is crisp and easy to read.

Competition Analysis Black Stallion Ranch Maddi’s Friesian Ranch is in Nevada. Their website is very amateurish and without any order. This characteristic is consistent through the whole website. The navigation is simple using violet text in a two rows, alternated format. It is simple to navigate and the images are sized for a fast loading as well. The text is crisp and easy to read but the colors; violet, yellow and black still not well balance.

Competition Analysis Black Stallion Ranch Nanning 374 is located in Wisconsin. Their website is very well organized and simple. The style is consistent through the whole website. The navigation is simple using a left side bar arrangement. It is simple to navigate and the images; as in all other sites, are sized for a fast loading without loosing details. The text is crisp and easy to read and the colors; charcoal, black and white make it look very elegant.
