Northern System Expansion to Kern River Additional 160,000 dth/d to Kern River New Roberson Creek interconnect Bi-directional tap to accommodate100,000 dth/d receipt into QPC Contracts for 85,000 dth/d Potential for additional 75,000 dth/d with processing

Northern System Tie Line 112 Wasatch Front capacity of 52,000 dth/day is fully subscribed by QGC Constructed 12-mile tie line from Overthrust to Main Line 48 In-service October 2003 Potential for future expansion

Overthrust Delivery to Kern’s Painter Lateral Proposed new delivery from Overthrust Pipeline to Kern River at the Painter lateral Initial capacity up to 150,000 dth/d (Kern takeaway) Overthrust capable of an additional 200,000 to 400,000 dth/d to Kern Open Season will follow

Kanda Hub Storage Project Preliminary engineering underway to determine project capacity, cost and timing Projected size ranging from 15 Bcf to 20 Bcf working gas Anticipated interconnects with Questar Pipeline, Overthrust, CIG, WIC and Overland Trail Open season anticipated 1Q 2004 Projected in service
