Target SMART The purpose and goal of the Tennessee Target S.M.A.R.T (Shotgun, muzzleloader, archery, rifle, training) is conduct of a shooting sports program, appealing to youth and adult audiences. The curriculum is designed to assist young people in life skill development, establish a personal environmental ethic, and explore life- long advocate activities.
