Barrel length- 24in. Overall length- 44 ¾ Weight – 9 ¼ Caliber-.44 Bullet weight- 200 Grains Power charge- 26 Grains Muzzle Velocity FPS

 The Henry rifle was created in 1860  It can hold up to caliber rimfire cartridges  There were about 14,000 made between 1860 and 1866  It was designed by Tyler Henry  This gun was so much different compared to the regular musket due to not having to reload after every shot

Action- single action Caliber-.44 cap and ball Feed system- 6- shot rotating cylinder Muzzle velocity- 750 FPS Cycle rate- 6 rounds a min. Length in. Barrel length- 7.99in. Empty weight-2.65lbs

 More than 200,000 were made between 1860 and 1873  This had to be loaded with loose blackpowder  Then a lead ball would be shoved down the barrel with a miniature ram rod and it would stay in the cylinder  The colt had some misfire problems  The colt was then redesigned in 1869 it could the take cartridges
