We have had to make numerous repairs at the pool due to this criminal mischief. We have installed surveillance cameras if anyone is caught vandalizing, the HOA will press charges. Please advise your children of this serious matter. Thanks VGE! Basketball Court A big thank you to our Board Members for installing the new backboard for our basketball court. Our children are utilizing it on a daily basis. It brings us great joy to see many families and children playing and enjoying the park. Board Meetings Board Meeting are held every first Tuesday of the month at Fairmont Junior High or at our 6:30 p.m. Please check website for updates. VGE Homeowner Parking on Streets. Please keep in mind that parking on the street is never allowed. A Police Security Agency has been hired to enforce this deed restriction for VGE from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Please park your vehicles in your driveway to avoid a citation. Home Improvements – ACC Applications. Please remember prior to making any changes to the exterior of your home or yard, you must complete an Architectural Control Committee Application and send it to HCMS for approval. Homeowner’s we know our sidewalks need improvement. If you have defaults on your sidewalk in front of your house, please call the City of Pasadena at and report the default so they can come out and get it fixed. Mowing/Blowing Residents when mowing and blowing your grass, please do not blow grass down the City drains. It is illegal and a City Ordinance. If caught you will receive a heavy fine and face possible prosecution. Please report violators to the Pasadena Police Department at Gulf Coast Aquatics, Inc. is hiring! They are looking to and hire and train professional lifeguards for the 2013 pool season. This is an American Red Cross program that certifies you in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR/FPR with AED. The prerequisite for this course is you must be 15 years old. Classes will be held March-July. If you are interested in becoming a professional lifeguard, please call Gulf Coast Aquatics at (281) 538-SWIM (7946). Easy Dinner Recipe 1 package chicken breasts 2 packets Italian Seasoning Can or Frozen Green Beans Red Potatoes Place potatoes on one side chicken breasts in the middle and green beans on the other side in a 9x13 pan sprinkle 2 packets of Italian Seasoning and bake in the oven for 1 hour on 350.
