ISO 9001 Customer Related Process The objective of an ISO 9001 Quality Management System is to maintain the customer satisfied by meeting their requirements, expectations and improving processes to provide value. At each stage, the key questions are, "Do we really understand what the customer wants ? Are we able to do the job on time and in full? Has the customer changed their requirements ?" Such key questions should be the basic objectives in any business. 2ISO 9001 Training for Employees-Rev. B

ISO 9001 Process Interaction and Improvement Internal Customers and Suppliers Processes are designed based on the most efficient way to perform a task. Employees are trained not only in how to do the work they are assigned but how their actions affect their internal customers and the finished product's conformity. Employees are encouraged to suggest to their Leads and Supervisors more efficient ways to do the work they have been assigned. Internal Customers Internal customers – those employees whose work depends on you, the internal supplier, to perform the required action in order to accomplish their work efficiently. ISO 9001 Measurement, Analysis and Improvement 8.0 Customer Satisfaction The Organization plans and implements monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes to demonstrate conformity of the product and the quality management system and to improve its effectiveness. The effectiveness of the QMS must be communicated to all employees (internal customers/suppliers).
