Total Clean Concept Algae ponds Retort Distillation tower Power plant Algae harvest Fiber Board & Foam Concrete Product tanks Coal in Char to plant Surge bin Blower lines This system takes all of the exhaust to the algae ponds for clean up. Algae eats contaminants and makes oxygen. No emissions go into the air.

Lay out of the pilot plant Coal storage silo This is the original drawing of the purposed pilot plant. The process unit heats the raw coal in an oxygen free chamber to around 930 degrees. The coal gravity feeds through a system of louvers with vapor space that releases the hydrocarbons at their various platform temperatures, similar to a refinery process. The fixed carbons remain in the form of coke or char. A very high % of the containments are extracted with the hydrocarbons allowing the power plant to burn the coke or char with less emissions. Lay out of the pilot plant Coal storage silo Coke or char silo Process retort Distillation tower Petroleum product storage dryer Surge bin Crushing & screening The distillation tower condenses the hydrocarbons at their various platform temperatures. At the lower temperature are propane, butane, naphtha, gasoline, and the higher temperature, kerosene and diesel. Coal has a higher yield of hydrocarbons than oil shale. The power plants own the coal and have the mining permits in place. This is an upgrade system that enhances air quality. The by-product is market ready fuels. This process is a clean burning coal technology. All exhaust from the system is air entrained in the algae ponds for clean up.

Lay out of the pilot plant Coal storage silo Coke or char silo Process retort Distillation tower Petroleum product storage dryer Surge bin Crushing & screening This is a pilot plant illustration. The actual plant will be sized to the amount of coke or char the power plant will use in a given period of time.

Fiber cement board is currently being produced and is not a new technology. Foam cement panels and blocks for housing are used around the world. The concept in this project is to marry all of the technology together to make a coal burning power plant environmentally compatible with current social and political goals by maximizing the total potential of all materials associated with the production of electricity from an existing or future coal burning power plant. By using the current waste material from the burning of coal it should be less expensive to produce the building materials. The buildings will be very competitive in the market place. This method of construction provides Insulation and structure in a single wall construction. This method of construction will be more durable in natural disasters such as flood, fire, and wind. The foam cement construction will not be subject to termites, mice or other vermin, and will resist rot and mold.

There are many types of algae Following are some of the algae types available Here, also, are other clips showing the interest by a couple of major companies In the potential of algae The current fiber cement board is made using chopped cellulose or wood fiber. The algae used for clean up of the emissions from all operations in this project will produce oxygen and the mature fiber can be used in the cement fly ash board panels.
