Calibra ® & Xeno ® IV Indirect; Crown/Onlay Material: Calibra with XENO IV and Self-Cure Activator Title: A Clinical Evaluation of an Adhesive for Bonding Indirect Restorations Principle Investigator: Dr. Jeff Blank Type of Restoration: Indirect all ceramic crowns and onlays 1 year results: 16 Patients; 21 Restorations; (16 crowns, 5 onlays; % alpha—highest rating): Restoration Integrity (95%), Sensitivity (100%), Gingival Index (85%), Marginal Integrity (100%), Marginal Discoloration (100%), Secondary Caries (100%) Summary: All restorations were fully seated demonstrating a low film-thickness. Xeno IV is easy to apply and does not leave a visible excess film thickness. 21 Restorations; 1 year results

Calibra ® & Xeno ® IV Indirect; Crown/Inlay/Onlay Material: Calibra with XENO IV and Self- Cure Activator Title: A Clinical Evaluation of an Adhesive for Bonding Indirect Restorations Principle Investigator: Dr. Peter Yaman Type of Restoration: Indirect; crowns/inlays/onlays of non- reinforced porcelain 1-year results: 26 Patients; 35 Restorations (16 crowns, 19 inlays/onlays); (% alpha—highest rating): Restoration (97%), Sensitivity (84%), Gingival Index (76 %), Color Match (100%), Marginal Integrity (91%), Margin Discoloration (100%), Secondary Caries (100%) Summary: At the one-year recall, XENO IV and SCA resulted in clinically acceptable restorations in molar and pre-molar teeth with very minor clinical complications. 35 Restorations; 1 year results

Calibra ® Resin Cement & Prime and Bond ® NT ™ : Indirect Onlays Material: Calibra Resin Cement with Prime and Bond NT and Self Cure Activator Title: A Clinical Evaluation of a Calibra Resin Cement used with Finesse All-Ceramic Restorative Principle Investigator: Dr. Douglas Barnes Type of Restoration: Indirect; Onlays, Crowns & Direct Veneers 2-year results: 43 Patients, (57 Restorations in Total); 14 Onlays; (% alpha—highest rating): Onlays: Retention (94%), Sensitivity (94%), Anatomic Form (94%), Color Match (100%), Marginal Adaptation (88%), Marginal Discoloration (94%), Secondary Caries (100%); Gingival Index (56%--Normal gingival). Summary: Calibra had no significant post- operative tooth sensitivity after cementation and at the recall period. No debonding of restorations was observed. 14 restorations, 2-year results

Calibra ® Resin Cement & Prime and Bond ® NT ™ : Indirect Crowns Material: Calibra Resin Cement with Prime and Bond NT and Self Cure Activator Title: A Clinical Evaluation of a Calibra Resin Cement used with Finesse All- Ceramic Restorative Principle Investigator: Dr. Douglas Barnes Type of Restoration: Indirect; Onlays, Crowns & Direct Veneers 2-year results: 43 Patients, (57 Restorations in Total); 24 Crowns; (% alpha—highest rating): Crowns: Retention (100%), Sensitivity (97%), Anatomic Form (100%), Color Match (97%), Marginal Adaptation (100%), Marginal Discoloration (100%), Secondary Caries (100%); Gingival Index (55%--Normal gingival).
