Misis Bioprepare

2 wash boxes at the boil Impregnate desize enzyme & NEARCAND P-ECO Cold rinse Singe Batch 6 – 8 hoursImpregnate scour/bleach 12 Desizing and scouring 1,5-3 g/l Nearchel TMC 3-6 g/l Nearpon LF-JET 3-6 g/l Nearzim g/l Nearcand P-ECO Pad (at room temperature), pick-up 90%, store at 50°C for up to 24 hours

4 wash boxes at the boilLast wash box smaller Tight strand and Conveyor bed steamer 30 minutes at 100º C Continuous bleaching as usual but reducing the quantity of caustic soda by at least 20%. If you can send me some detailed information about Misis bleaching recipe and system (pad batch?, pad steam?), we could give you some more precise information about the dosage of caustic soda.

The purpose of using Nearcand P-ECO together with alpha amylase enzyme in the desizing is to remove non-cellulosic material from the cotton fibre in order to: increase wettability of the fabric => efficient and homogeneous dyeing increase whiteness / boost bleachability reduce the quantity of caustic soda used in scouring and bleaching in later processes. give softer handle, partly because less caustic soda is used in scour/bleach, which normally leads to harsher handle remove difficult-to-remove sizes more effectively

Final process: Biopolish on jet machine with NEARSTONE BA CONC or better NEARSTONE PL/81, normally applied at pH 5,5 and 55°C. Apply our finishing agent based on sericin, PRODOTTO 633 Y05 either in jet machine at pH 5,5 and 40°C; or by pad-dry process on stenter.
