Work-Study Students What is Work-Study? −Work-Study Program funds may be awarded to a student who has documented financial need and wishes to earn a portion of his or her financial aid eligibility. Eligible students must be approved for the Work-Study Program through Financial Aid Only eligible students should be marked as such on their paperwork
Temporary & Casual Employees Casual Employee – any employee employed for less than 20 hours per week Temporary Employee – any employee employed for less than 4 ½ months

Payroll Due Dates HR paperwork completed within 3 days of beginning employment Hourly Employment Authorization submitted upon hiring or as soon as a change for a current employee occurs Monthly Time Records are always due the 2nd business day of each month by 5:00pm unless otherwise notified
