How To Make Ice Cream By Tianna and Cheyenne
Introduction Slurp! Did you just finish eating ice cream from the store? Do you want to know how to make your own ice cream? If you don’t know how to make your own ice cream, Then this “How- To” is for you.
Materials ½ cup of half n half Snow or ice 2 tsp. sugar 2-3oz. Rock salt 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 quart zip loc bag 1 gallon Zip loc bag
Procedure First pour half n half in the qt. bag Then add vanilla to the quart size bag. Ziploc the bag getting as much air out of the bag as you can. Put the quart size size bag into the gallon bag Add ice into the gallon size bag [enough to cover the quart size bag]. Put in the 2-3 oz of rock salt Massage the ice cream bag inside for about 5 to 10 min. When the ice cream gets hard it’s ready
Observation The half n half is going to get more like a solid. The ice will melt. The bag is going to get cold. Your hands will get numb.
Conclusion By lowering a temperature. A liquid [the half n half] will become a solid. [ice cream]
