WELCOME TO PALS

What is PALs? PALs was established in by Athletic Director Deb Tyson to: Build character in the Student Athletes of AHS Further improve the perception of the student athlete Enable the PALs member to better their community by being a leader Reward and recognize student athletes and members of the AHS community who make a positive impact To provide leadership opportunities for student athletes

Mission Statement Patriot Athletic Leaders are responsible to positively lead by example in word, deed, and action. This modeling includes the promotion of good sportsmanship, the display of scrupulous integrity (on and off the competitive site) and the courage to stand up for what is right within the parameters of proudly representing my team, my school and my family.

How and why did I become a PAL? The goal of the selection process is to identify student athletes who embody leadership, good character, and a positive attitude and to encourage these qualities in them through selected activities, guidance, and interaction with other student leaders throughout the year.
