He was a devoted bishop.

He was a steadfast cardinal.

He was a man of ecumenism.

He was a man of a dialogue.

He introduced the Roman Catholic Church into the third millennium.

He announced the Year of the Rosary.

He announced the Year of the Eucharist.

He was a great patriot as well as spiritual father of the „Solidarność”.

He understood sufferers, because he was one of them.

He entrusted the world with God’s Mercy.

He was a witness of the Cross.

He met leaders of our world many times.

Forgiveness

He was a witness of Evangely.

He was a man of the good.

He was a spokesman of peace.

He was a man of ardent prayer.

Great joy emanated from Him.
