Employer hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all solo singers, stage directors, associate stage directors, fight directors, stage managers, assistant stage directors, assistant stage managers, choreographers, ballet masters and ballet mistresses (collectively ballet msts), solo dancers, and persons with leading, featured, supporting or bit speaking parts according to the classification of roles in Schedule C, as modified by agreement of the parties (hereinafter referred to as "Principals"), including all understudies; all corps de ballet dancers (hereinafter referred to as "Dancers"); and all chorus singers (hereinafter referred to as "Choristers") and all persons with non speaking, non singing roles (excluding supernumeraries paid on a per-call expense basis)(hereinafter referred to as "Actors") all hereinafter referred to collectively as "Artists" who are employed by Employer. Employer agrees that AGMA represents, for collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the Artists. Section 1.2. Scope of Employment. Employer agrees that the provisions of this Agreement shall apply to and inure to the benefit of all Artists employed by Employer, or by affiliates or subsidiaries of Employer, or directly or indirectly through agents or independent contractors employed by Employer.
