Mission: Defines the fundamental purpose of an organization Values: Beliefs that are shared among the stakeholders of an organization. Vision: Defines the desired or intended future state of a specific organization in terms of its fundamental objective and/or strategic direction.

A lot done in a small amount of space Nisonger Center receives $30 million donation to improve the Center's mission of education, research and service. Nisonger Center is ranked among top University Centers in Developmental Disabilities. Nisonger Center sets the standard for disciples working with developmentally challenged individuals infancy to seniors. Ohio State University holds "Best Kept Secret" in the Nisonger Center Of Excellence in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Center develops innovative programs to help adolescents and adults with autism self monitor and advocate for themselves.
