Split Venue Scenario Most participants arrive Sunday All day reception (light refreshments) at Vancouver airport, with hourly departures to Whistler on a chartered bus “On board” conference registration while on the bus to Whistler Sunday evening arrivals stay at Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel and transferred early Monday morning to Whistler

Split Venue Scenario (2) Monday and Tuesday – usual conference activities Wednesday morning – transfer by chartered bus to Sheraton Hotel in Vancouver Wednesday afternoon – usual conference activities Wednesday evening – offsite at Vancouver Aquarium Thursday and Friday – usual conference activities
