”FishFlex MB” vacuum bags

“FishFlex MB” This is new structure PET/PE vacuum bags; “FishFlex MB” vacuum bags can replace thicker PA/PE structure vacuum bags. „FishFlex MB 55„ is possible to use like alternative to standard vacuum bags of my. „FishFlex MB 65„ is possible to use like alternative to standard vacuum bags of my. „FishFlex MB 75„ is possible to use like alternative to standard vacuum bags of my. „FishFlex MB 95„ is possible to use like alternative to standard vacuum bags of my. ‚FishFlex MB 115„ is possible to use like alternative to standard vacuum bags of my.

Advantages of FishFlex bags Has better barrier features Better mechanical features Better transparency Price/Quality relationship Has better technical and physical properties than the standard structure PA/PE film;

The vacuum film that we use has a higher oxygen resistance. This is due to PET layer which is thicker, then in similar thicker PA/PE vacuum films. Because of lower oxygen permeability, products stay fresh for longer periods of time. Products do not loose their appearance and properties. 90my65my PA/PE FishFlex MB 65 O 2 = 50 cm³/m² per 24hbar O 2 = 80 cm³/m² per 24hbar O2O2 O2O2 Oxygen (Gas) permeability

“FishFlex MB” vacuum bags can handle twice as much elongation intensiveness then the original PA/PE vacuum bags. Therefore during the transportation, your package will stay undamaged, and you product will not loose it’s appearance and properties. 90my65my PA/PE FishFlex MB 65 Longitudinal strength ~80 Mpa Transverse strength ~70 Mpa Mechanical properties Elongation intensiveness Longitudinal strength ~35 Mpa Transverse strength ~25 Mpa

FishFlex vacuum film, has better transparency then the thicker PA/PE vacuum bags. Therefore your packed product would have better appearance. 90my65my PA/PE FishFlex MB 65 Transparence 94 % Transparency Transparence 90 %

“FishFlex MB” can be used for: Fish products; Meat products; Cheese and other dairy products; Vegetables.

CEN Standard on prevention (EN 13428:2004) This standard specifies a procedure for assessing packaging to ensure that the weight/volume of its material content is the minimum to maintain functionality, safety and hygiene and consumer acceptance. The basis for compliance is to identify the “critical area” which governs the achievable limit for source reduction i.e. if the packaging was further reduced it would fail to meet one or more of the listed criteria 1. Product protection 2. Packaging manufacturing process 3. Packing/filling process 4. Logistics (including transport, warehousing and handling) 5. Product presentation and marketing 6. User/consumer acceptance 7. Information 8. Safety 9. Legislation 10. Any other relevant issues If no critical area is identified, there may be scope for further reduction. A statement of conformity detailing the assessment procedures and determination of the critical area with all supporting documentation should be available to enforcement authorities.
