Step 3 – One more hamburger fold Step 4 – Open and tear half-way

Step 5 – Open lengthwise and create the diamond. Step 6 – Close the diamond and create The Unit Book.

Diamond Fold - Comparison (Author's, Genre, Themes) S tep 1 - Fold single sheet of paper hamburger style Step 2 - Fold either end towards middle meet until they meet Step 3 - Fold opposite direction (hot dog becomes hamburger) Step 4 - Fold opposite direction one more time Step 5 - Open folds (until original tri-fold) Step 6 - Tear both sides to first crease Step 7 - Fold dog ears forming a diamond in the center Step 8 - Label as desired
