SETTING Man, Stink and his friends are going on a field trip with his school class. Is it going to be a smell trip? YES, a smell trip to the Gross Me Out exhibit at the science museum. Can you believe it?

MAIN CHARACTERS STINK MR.MOORE (the Judge) JUDY SOPHIE WEBSTER MOM MRS.D

PLOT Stink and his classmates went on a fieldtrip to the Smell Museum. While they were there, they saw a flyer about a Super-Stinky Sneaker Contest. Stink got fired up. Later at home, Stink smelled the toast burning in the kitchen! Stink’s sister Judy thought that Stink had a great “smeller”. So she gave him a smelling test and Stink passed. Stink had a great idea. He squeezed the juice out of the corpse flower to make his sneakers really stinky. Stink and Sophie made potions out of stinky things. Judy got annoyed by the smell of Stink’s shoes so she sprayed freshener in them. Stink got really mad at Judy. The next day at school, the class found out that the Contest was canceled because a judge got sick. The kids were disappointed. Ms. D, Stink’s teacher, asked Stink if he would be a judge. Stink said yes! Read the book to find out who won the Super-Stinky Sneaker Contest!

RECOMMENDATION I recommend Stink books because they’re funny and creative. There are Stink’s stinky facts pages that are cool. The illustrator’s pictures make the story better.
