We have a well qualified CCM team with talented professionals to communicate with our clients. Our Merchandisers act as a ‘shadow of buyer’ and also links clients and factory personnel by giving genuine prompt status for the fitting samples, lab dips and delivery details on daily basis the result of which is a sustained business.

Our fabric quality technicians, once the grey fabric got in housed for any particular order will check the fabric for any defects before sending it to coloring process to avoid any mistakes that may arise at the final shaping stage.

We have in house lab facility for testing shrinkage, color fastness, rubbing and various other testing criteria which is keen for knitted garment. Any fabric which is in housed is subjected to the above testings ensuring the finished garment is as per the client’s quality standards.

We have a well equipped shaping personnel who has sound experience in fabric. Random checks is been made lotwise to avoid any postmortem job and 11 th hour tension. Our quality technicians check the quality parameters before starting the shaping process of any style ensuring our organization to be a “zero defect organization”.

In-house printing division totally equipped with 4 chest printing machines. 2 Machines capable of printing 8 colors and another 2 machines capable of printing 10 colors. Another feather which adds to the cap is the attachment of fusing machines (4 Nos) with the Printing. We also fix stones to the garments with the help of our fusing machines.

Our Production division is equipped with branded sewing machines from Juki, Pegasus, Kansai. We have skilled production executives to tailor the garment perfectly. As far as production strength is concerned we are capable of sewing 4000 Pcs of crew, 2000 Pcs of Polo, 3000 Sets of Pyjama per day.

Our factory totally comprises of 70 machines in which single needle accounts to 25 m/cs, overlock+flat lock accounts to 40 m/cs, zig zag + folding m/c accounting to 2 m/cs. We too have couple of sister concern sewing factories each comprising of 50 machines which paves us to commit big volume quantities. So totally our strength is around 170 machines.

Our Trimming & Checking department ensure the garment after their scanning is perfectly ok before they pass the garment to the Quality Department for Pre-Final Inspection.

We have a good Pressing machines (Ramsons Model) which is helpful for presenting the garment in a clean pattern to the end user.

We have a robust packing team with good number where we are capable to pack around 5K pcs / day.
