10 June Operate Doors Allows you to remotely operate individual doors or sets of doors –Locking –Unlocking –Updating

10 June Open the Operate Doors Window Click the Operate Doors tool bar button OR Select the Operate > Doors pull-down menu option

10 June Operating Doors Door operation commands are performed on selected doors –Select the Door Class –Select the specific doors –Perform the command –View the status/results

10 June Door Class Categorizes doors by physical location –Assigned by door in the Setup > Doors section Allows actions to be performed by category –All, Interior, Exterior Exterior Door Class All Exterior Doors

10 June Select the Door Class Click on the icon corresponding to the desired door class Highlighted icons display the active door classes

10 June Select the Doors Click on the icon corresponding to the desired doors Highlighted icons display the active doors

10 June Selecting/Deselecting All Doors Quickly select all doors within a door class by clicking the button Quickly deselect all doors within a door class by clicking the button

10 June Lock Operation Click the button to immediately lock all selected doors The status of the operation is displayed

10 June Unlock Operation Click the button to immediately unlock all selected doors The status of the operation is displayed

10 June Timed Unlock Operation Click the button to immediately unlock all selected doors for a specific period of time –Assigned by door in the Setup > Doors section The status of the operation is displayed

10 June Update Doors Operation Click the button to immediately perform a database update for all selected doors’ controllers An intermediate status window appears, showing the individual updates being performed When complete, operation status is displayed

10 June Cancel an Operation Click the button to cancel an operation
