Problem identification Jackleen’s business is growing and a larger number of orders are received everyday. When a person makes a order for a later date, they would have to write down their order on a special list. This order list sometimes gets lost and there is no privacy, as the orders are exposed to anyone making an order. The owner also finds it difficult to determine which orders are to be filled first.
