Computer Power AKA (also know as) The Action Lab

Computer Power is a S.T.E.M. based class Science Technology Engineering Math that has 12 different learning “modules”.

Each day students: Log on and have an “online” multi- media lesson that they view on the computer. Take a “computer generated” quiz or test based on their online lesson. Work on a hands-on project or activity.

Some of the Learning Modules: R&D Learn about designing and building a CO2 powered dragster. Forensic Science Learn about crime scene investigation. Structural Engineering Learn about building and testing beams, trusses and bridges.

Computer Graphics and Animation Learn about graphic design and create animations. Flight Technology Learn about aerodynamics and build a compressed air rocket. Materials Processing Learn how “stuff” gets made and use power tools.
