SCOTLAND’S NATURAL LARDER – S1

Task  2015 is to be a celebration of Scotland as the “Land of Food & Drink.”  Choose 1 of the tasks described below and produce a leaflet or power point to illustrate your findings.

Choice 1  Investigate Scotland’s Rich Larder.  Develop a leaflet/ power point that shows what foods are grown / native to and available in Scotland.  The leaflet should promote tourism in Scotland.  Use the following link to get you started.

Choice 2  Investigate a famous Scottish Chef.  Find out about their life as a chef, where they work, their style of food.  How do they feel about using Local Scottish produce?  Include a sample menu if you can.  Us e this information to develop an eye catching leaflet or power-point about the chef, their work and restaurant.  Use this link to get you started 
