Two bars of black chocolate 12,5 dag of butter ½ glass of dried cranberries ½ glass of crushed peanuts 1 ½ glass of crushed biscuits
Put butter and chocolate into a small pot. Put a small pot into a bigger pot with boiling water. Mix until you get smooth mass.
Add cranberries, peanuts and biscuits. Mix everything together. Put the mass in a fridge for an hour.
When the mass hardens, wrap it in the piece of tinfoil and form it into a roller. Put it into the fridge for few hours. Unwrap the cake and cut into a thick slices.
Delicious cake with peanuts and cranberries looks beautifully on the table. It’s a perfect ending of Christmas Eve with a cup of strong tea.
