Pizza - Italian dish

 Birthplace of pizza - Italy. Literally translated from the Italian pizza - "the poor man's lunch." Pizza was born more than 500 years ago. For the filling use any products - meat, fish, mushrooms, vegetables, herbs and cheese. It all depends on the tastes, desires and fantasies of the hostess. To cook a pizza in two ways: first, bake the dough, and then put a little stuffing and dopech it or spread the filling  on the raw dough and bake a pizza to perfection.

Pizza - a dish that excites a healthy appetite, and adds his powers. You can sprinkle pizza marinated artichokes, eggplant and goat cheese. You can fry a pizza on the grill, the dough was crisp and lightly smoked flavor. Can dream up and try to add to the dough different products, and be sure - you will enjoy a simple but delicious pizza variations.

Dough - the most important component of any pizza! Most ordinary classic pizza dough is made from a special meal (a mixture of flour and flour durum), yeast, sugar, salt and water. It is mixed by hand, and after proving rolled out a thin layer (approximately polusantimetrovoy thickness). Pizza dough covered with tomato sauce. Then you can add almost any topping.

Types of pizza dough  Fresh yeast dough for pizza  Ordinary fresh dough for pizza  Sponge dough for pizza  Fresh dough for pizza soda  Chopped puff pastry pizza  Butter sponge dough  Flaky dough for pizza  Flaky fresh dough for pizza  Puff pastry pizza with kefir  Cottage cheese and oily pizza dough

 Pizza is well proven as a starter, but in recent times it increasingly appears as a completely separate dish, which can be decorated with a small dinner party or in close company.  Many varieties of pizza is great. They differ from each other in most of the filling.

Pizza toppings  Overcoming language barriers and cultural differences, the pizza was the first truly world-popular food.  With the purchase or home base for a pizza, you can use a variety of unique toppings that make every time you have a new dish.  Is pizza with artichokes, mushrooms, eggplant, shrimp, peppers, salami, etc. Her cooking does not require a lot of time, so it is perfect not only for a family dinner, but suddenly came to treats guests.

Quick pizza dough.  On one pizza  1 tbsp. flour  Third high-speed packet of yeast  1/6 tbsp. salt  1/3 cup. water or whey  1 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable)

Technology dough  Heat the water to degrees - by the way, instead of water, you can take whey or milk.  Mix 1 cup of sifted flour with the yeast, pour in the water and stir. Add salt and continue to add flour, stirring it with a test. At the end of the pour olive (or vegetable) oil, and knead the dough vigorously for several minutes until it is smooth and elastic.  Grease the baking paper with oil. Stretch the dough on it into a flat cake, spread sauce and place the filling. Because the yeast in this test three times more than usual, it gives a very "live", so it is best to use it right away. If you prepare the sauce, heat the oven before you start working with the dough, your pizza will really be ready in half an hour, or even faster.  Bake pizza at a maximum temperature as long as the cheese is melted and lightly browned dough - If your oven is heated to 250 degrees, it will take about 8 to 12 minutes.
