Is there room for more or are you at you weight limit? Do You have a donor base? Do you have a grant writer/reviewer? Can you partner for services? Can you be a fiduciary agent for others? Do you have a audience to tell your story to? What do you have the capacity to manage and do an awesome job with? If you had X you could do Y Avoid mission creep
