How Does a Marshmallow Cook Over a Fire? The convection energy from the fire cooks the marshmallow.

What is Convection Energy? Convection energy is heat that is rising.

How Does the Marshmallow Cook? The marshmallow cooks from the fires rising heat. Rising heat is convection energy. When the heat rises, it warms up and cooks the marshmallow. Marshmallow!

How is Convection Energy Different From Other Types of Energy? Convection energy is different from other types of energy because: Radiation energy is heat that is traveling in the bubble of the heat.
